Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Northpeak Funding for the use of our evaluation services.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Northpeak Funding website, platform, trading terminal, evaluation programs and related services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing an evaluation, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
What Northpeak is, and is not
Northpeak Funding provides access to simulated trading programs designed to evaluate trading proficiency and risk management. All trading takes place in a demo environment using virtual capital.
Northpeak is not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, or investment adviser. We do not accept, hold, or manage client deposits, and you never trade real money or place live market orders through us. Nothing in the Services is investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial product, cryptocurrency, or derivative.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.
The Services are not offered to, and may not be used by, residents of or persons located in North Korea (DPRK), Myanmar, Belarus, Iran, Russia, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful where you are.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account, and not to use another person's account.
Evaluations, rules and rewards
Each evaluation is subject to the trading rules published for it, including objectives, loss limits, and time or consistency conditions. Those rules form part of this agreement, and the version in force is the one published on the Services at the time.
Any reward is performance based and derived from evaluation results only. Rewards are not profits from real trading, are not guaranteed, and are paid only where all applicable rules and verification steps have been satisfied.
Fees are for the service, and the service is what you buy
Fees paid are strictly for access to an evaluation service. The purchase or use of an account, a profile, an evaluation, or any other service does not create any right to continued access, to future service, or to any reward or payout.
We are not obligated to keep providing any service once it has been purchased or used. Access to any Service may end at any time in accordance with these terms.
Our discretion over access, accounts and payouts
We may, at our sole and absolute discretion and at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice:
- suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account or profile;
- refuse, reduce, delay, withhold, or reverse any reward or payout;
- decline to provide, or stop providing, any Service; and
- remove or limit your access to the website, platform, or terminal.
Reasons are not owed
We are under no obligation to disclose, and may decline to disclose, the reasons for any decision to ban, suspend, terminate, restrict, or withhold under this agreement. The absence of a stated reason does not make any such decision invalid.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Services or their pricing, not to use prohibited strategies described in the trading rules, not to use another person's identity or payment method, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.
Conduct of this kind may result in immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending reward, in addition to any other remedy available to us.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, content, branding, and design, are owned by Northpeak Funding or its licensors and are protected by law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose, and nothing more.
No warranty
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at any particular time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northpeak Funding will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, rewards, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total fees you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, and your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
